At Myla Health, we want our help and advice to be as accessible and affordable as possible. We like to meet our patients face to face so we can really get to know you, especially for your initial consultation. We do, however, see women from all over the UK so offer consultations via a secure video link or by telephone.

Payment in instalments is available. Just email us at info@mylahealth.co.uk to arrange. Have the appointment now but spread payments over three months at £92 a month.

Initial appointment + one query email within the first three months
This consultation lasts 45 minutes so we can discuss your symptoms and any concerns you have. We will discuss the options that are available to you and give you a prescription, if needed. You and your GP will receive a letter summarising our discussion and any recommendations for individualised hormonal treatment, After this we offer one e-mail to answer any queries that may arise. Most medication can be obtained via the NHS.

Follow-up appointment (face to face or video)
A follow-up (30-minute) appointment is recommended three months after starting hormonal treatment. This is an opportunity to review progress with your treatment plan and address any side-effects or symptoms. This can be done face to face or online.

Prescription renewal
We do not charge for providing private prescriptions in the first three months (although there is a charge to the private pharmacy for the actual cost of the drug). Further private prescriptions after the three-month follow-up period incur a small administration charge.
